A formal client relationship begins only after the applicable written services agreement, statement of work, or other engagement document has been executed by the appropriate parties.

6. Financial Health Check

The Elevate Research Finance Financial Health Check is a general informational assessment designed to help users identify potential areas for further financial review. Results are based solely on information submitted by the user and are not independently verified by Elevate.

Financial Health Check results do not constitute an audit, examination, financial statement review, accounting opinion, valuation, certification, legal opinion, or guarantee of financial or operational performance. Any recommendations or observations are general in nature and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional advice tailored to your organization.

7. Information Submitted Through the Website

If you submit information through a contact form, Financial Health Check, consultation request, newsletter form, or other Website feature, you represent that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the authority to provide it.

Our collection, use, retention, and disclosure of personal information submitted through the Website is governed by our Privacy Policy.

8. Protected Health Information and Sensitive Information

Any professional services provided by Elevate are governed by the applicable written agreement between Elevate and the client, including any master services agreement, statement of work, proposal, business associate agreement, confidentiality agreement, or other executed document, as applicable.

If there is a conflict between these Terms and a signed client agreement, the signed client agreement will control with respect to the services covered by that agreement.

10. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the Website and its content, including text, graphics, logos, branding, images, designs, layouts, downloadable materials, assessments, tools, templates, methodologies, and other content, are owned by or licensed to Elevate and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
